BCN Services (BCN) has been in business for over 70 years. In 1992 BCN began to provide Professional Employer services to its existing clients and to new prospects. Since that time BCN has grown significantly, and our clients operate in over 25 states. BCN is a full-service Professional Employer Organization (PEO) dedicated to providing each client with complete payroll processing, human resource management and a comprehensive benefit package. Our Partnership Managers lead a team of professionals who assist BCN's clients in the day-to-day employer issues they face. BCN empowers business owners to focus on the "business of running their business" and not on the "business of employment.

Insurance premium deposits and quarterly tax payments leave your company with poor cash flow. BCN establishes a simple flat rate for your insurance and taxes. No more quarterly tax payments or large premium deposits are required.

Your payroll service refuses to cut an extra check that you need. BCN operates a full-service, in-house payroll department, giving you more control. Our dedicated employees will handle any requests without delay.
